Welding Class 3

Do you know that the easiest way to classified welding is by its process phase. Yesterday we have discuss about solid phase welding. Actually, welding can be classified into solid phase and liquid phase welding. Solid phase welding has been mention in welding class 2, so this class will be explaining about liquid phase welding process.. .
What is Liquid Phase Welding Process?
Liquid welding phase process is a process of joining material by melting it. Simple kan jawapan dier. Bukan susah pun.

What are the welding processes under liquid phase?
  1. Gas Welding
  2. SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding)
  3. GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
  4. GTAW/TIG(Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
  5. FCAW/MIG(Flux Core Arc Welding)
  6. SAW (Submerged Arc Welding)
  7. SPOT Welding
  8. PLASMA Welding
  9. LASER Welding
  10. Electron Beam Welding
  11. Thermit Welding
  12. Electroslag Welding
As long the method is use to melt the material, so it is under liquid phase welding process.
Kalau korang nak tengok gambar equipment welding mention atas, ko tengokla kat Wikipedia dan tempat internet lain. Babbai
