Types of Weld
There are two types of weld that normally use in the industry today which are groove weld and fillet weld. These two welds are use base on application, type of joint, strength of weld and thickness of material to be weld. The most basic weld is fillet weld. Normally welder that can groove weld can do fillet weld easily. Below are the diagram of fillet and groove welds. Sorry if the info is too short.
